End User License Agreement
This document is the End User License Agreement (« EULA ») of the Migralog application, published by Anaïs Sparesotto, sole proprietor based in France (« the Publisher »).
This agreement is based on Apple's standard template (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) and adapted to the specific context of Migralog. By downloading, installing or using Migralog, you unreservedly accept the terms of this agreement.
1. Scope of License
The Publisher grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Migralog application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to use Migralog on any device that you do not own or control. You may not distribute, share or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
You may not:
- Rent, lease, resell or redistribute the application
- Transfer the license to a third party
- Copy (except for personal backup purposes), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify or create derivative works of the application, except as permitted by applicable law
- Remove any intellectual property notices contained in the application
2. Consent to Use of Data
Migralog does not collect any personal data. The application operates entirely offline. All data you enter (migraine episodes, profile, medications) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Publisher or any third party.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Migralog offers an optional Migralog Premium subscription that unlocks advanced features. In-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store purchase system, in accordance with Apple's terms.

4. Termination
This license is effective for as long as you use Migralog. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Publisher if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies in your possession.
You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the application. Uninstalling results in the permanent deletion of all your local data.
5. External Services
Migralog may use native iOS services for PDF report generation and
sharing (via expo-print and expo-sharing).
These services are provided by Apple and governed by their own terms
of use.
No external third-party services (analytics servers, advertising, remote cloud, etc.) are used by Migralog.
6. No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIGRALOG IS PROVIDED « AS IS » AND « AS AVAILABLE », WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
The Publisher expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, absence of errors, and non-infringement.
Migralog is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. It is designed solely as a personal journal to support tracking and medical consultation. Always consult a healthcare professional for any medical questions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Damages for loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the application
In no event shall the Publisher's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid for the application or subscription during the last 12 months.
8. Export Controls
You may not use, export or re-export the application except as authorized by French law, European Union law, and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you acquired the application. In particular, but without limitation, the application may not be exported or re-exported to any country under a U.S. embargo or to any person listed on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals.
9. Institutional and Government Users
The application and related documentation are « commercial software » and « commercial software documentation » as defined by applicable regulations. Any use, reproduction or disclosure by an institutional or government user is subject to the restrictions set forth in applicable laws.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Except as otherwise required by mandatory provisions, this agreement is governed by French law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of this agreement, and absent an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted that right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Product Responsibility
The Publisher, not Apple, is solely responsible for Migralog and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Migralog. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.
Apple is not responsible for addressing, defending, settling or resolving any third-party claim that the application or your possession and/or use of the application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.

14. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Subscription Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the use of Migralog.
